The hospital facilities are excellent and worth the cost. Dr. Ravi Chandran is the best Gynaecologist I have ever met! His incredible experience made the delivery very easy. However, I must advise prospective parents to avoid Dr. Wong Hoi Ling (Mimi), who I found to be unprofessional and utter waste doctor.

We lived in Malaysia for 3 years a while ago so we are familiar with the quality of the health system here. We decided to have a medical check up on this visit to Malaysia and we are not disappointed at all. We are particularly impressed with the system, fast and efficient also the high level of care. All the staff are kind and very helpful, there is one lady staff who did my ECG she just looked after every one, and made sure everyone is comfortable and happy, I think she said her name is Saroja. This is an impressive hospital indeed where everyone is doing there best for their patients. I shall definitely visit it again . ❤️

Even though the waiting time at the emergency department can be quite long, they always ensure patients are comfortable — even providing meals free of charge. I genuinely love this hospital; every time my wife, child, or I come here, the doctors always manage to find precise solutions and accurate diagnoses. To me, the emergency unit feels like a trusted 24-hour clinic for my family. I sincerely hope Gleneagles KL continues to uphold this exceptional standard of care and service.

Having chemo for 20 days straight at oncology department, nurses at chemo room have been helpful and are very aware of my condition. Exchanging ideas and information on my chemo treatments.
