Men's Health Screening
This comprehensive men's health screening package is designed for men who want a thorough assessment of their overall health and fitness. It includes consultations with both a specialist doctor and a dietitian to help you understand your results and make informed decisions about your wellbeing. Your screening begins with a detailed medical history review and physical examination. The package covers essential health markers including blood pressure, BMI, height, weight, and body composition analysis to give you a complete picture of your physical condition. You'll also have vision and colour vision tests, along with heart health assessments through an ECG and stress treadmill test. To prepare for your appointment, you'll need to fast for 8-10 hours beforehand, though you can drink plain water. Avoid smoking, alcohol, and antibiotics for at least 8 hours prior, and hold off on routine medications (except blood pressure medication) until after your blood work unless your doctor advises otherwise. After all tests are complete, you'll receive a comprehensive summary report discussing your results.
