Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
Nephrologist consultation is required and must be booked in advance
Viral marker blood tests are mandatory before treatment
Sunset Session is available by appointment only
Sunset Package transportation is limited to locations within a 10 km radius of the hospital
Patients transferring from another hospital must provide the required travelling dialysis documentation and latest blood test results
