Health Screening Doctor Package (Value Woman)
Women's Health Screening
This health screening package is designed for women who want a comprehensive overview of their general health, covering heart, metabolic, and blood health basics. It's a practical starting point if you're monitoring your wellbeing or haven't had a checkup in a while. Your visit begins with a consultation where your doctor will review your medical history and conduct a physical examination. The package includes essential measurements like blood pressure, height, weight, and BMI, along with body composition analysis to understand your overall physical health. You'll have an ECG to check your heart rhythm, a chest X-ray, and vision testing. Blood tests cover your blood count, diabetes screening including glycated haemoglobin, and blood type. You'll need to fast for 8-10 hours before your appointment, though you can drink plain water. It's also best to avoid smoking and alcohol for at least 8 hours beforehand. Your healthcare team will guide you through any other preparation steps and help you understand your results during follow-up.
