Health Screening Doctor Package (Core)
Women's Health Screening
This core health screening package is designed for women who want a foundational check of their overall health. It covers essential heart, lung, blood, and metabolic markers, making it a good starting point if you're looking to understand your baseline health status or monitor ongoing wellness. During your visit, you'll have a consultation with a doctor who will take your medical history and perform a physical examination. The package includes basic measurements like height, weight, blood pressure, and vision testing, along with a body composition analysis to assess your muscle and fat distribution. You'll also receive an electrocardiogram to check your heart rhythm and a chest X-ray. Blood tests will screen for diabetes, give you a complete blood count, and determine your blood type. To prepare, you'll need to fast for 8 to 10 hours before your appointment, though you can drink plain water. Avoid smoking, alcohol, and antibiotics for at least 8 hours beforehand. If you take regular medications, hold off on taking them until after your blood work, except for blood pressure medications which you should continue as usual.
