This compression may cause pain, numbness, tingling, and weakness in the hand or fingers, affecting daily activities and hand function. Sunway Orthopaedic Services — Hand & Microsurgery unit offers two surgical options: standard Carpal Tunnel Release and Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel Release (ECTR). The standard open release procedure helps relieve pressure on the median nerve through a small incision, while ECTR is a minimally invasive approach using a camera-guided endoscope through a smaller incision. Both options include specialist consultation, clinical assessment, procedure fees, local anaesthesia, medication, and ward visit. The most suitable option depends on the severity of symptoms, clinical assessment, lifestyle needs, and specialist recommendation. Upon completion of payment, cancellations are not permitted. However, we do accommodate rescheduling requests provided date fall within the campaign period.

The purchased package must be utilised within 3-month, including both appointment booking and completion of services.
Appointment booking must be made 7 days in advance.
Screening slots are available Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 only. Please note that screenings are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Travelers are responsible for independently securing their own visas.
